General

1. Select Product
Click “shop” or “collection” on the left section of the website. Select the product you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description and close-up images.
2. Add to Shopping Bag
Choose your desired size and quantity, then click ADD TO CART to purchase and view your order by clicking GO TO MY CART . Shortly you will be redirected to checkout page, and you can choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING or PROCEED TO ORDER.
3. Review Your Bag
Click on the SHOPPING CART icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items.
4. Check Out
If you decide to finalise your order, click PROCEED TO ORDER. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.
5. Sign In
For a registered shoppers, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account. For first-time shoppers, simply fill in your details to register.
6. Review Your Order
Review the list of items that you want to purchase and click CONFIRM to submit your order.
7. Finish Shopping
An on-screen receipt with an ORDER ID will appear. You will need the ORDER ID to check your order status. Make sure you write down your ORDER ID in case you need to refer to it later. We will also send you the payment details to your email address and after You settle The Payment then We will send Notifiaction Email to You and proceed The Shipment.

All The Shipping Cost will be counted depending on Your Address (For Indonesia, We use JNE REG) please check Your Shipping Rate here As for International Shipping, We will use Registered Post Indonesia, please check your shipping rate here.

1. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
2. Please log in to your account to view your recent order history, status, and tracking information.
3. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped.

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order that you can track here.

All orders outside of INDONESIA are shipped via our Registered International POST and take 7-14 business days to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.

All Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 Working Days after Payment Confirmation with The Exception of Pre Order Items. All Purchases made on Weekend and Public Holidays will be Proceessed on The Following Bussiness Day Some Delays may occur during The Proceess due to Various Circumstances.

Yes Baby, All International Customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Kaein Estudio is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

After you have added all the items to your card, please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

CODES are case sensitive so please check your caps lock and spellings. If you are still having trouble applying your promo code or Gift Card, please contact our customer service team here.

All Orders are FINAL and Processed Immediately to Our Warehouse at Time of Check Out (We are So Sorry My Dear). We kindly advise You to Please Double Check Everything (in terms of Size and Colour and Product Name) and Make Up Your Mind before You proceed into Check Out Page.

Yes, We do offer Returns or Exchanges under Certain Circumstances. You can find our full Return Policy on the Tab.

We are really sorry for the troubles my dear, Please email us ASAP with your Order Number and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault.

As many of our dear customers know, the occurrence of counterfeit copies Items has significantly increased over the last Period. Whilst We will continue to work with our legal team to take action against any copies that we come across, we also wanted to provide a resource to help our customers identify potential copies.

We recommend always purchasing your Kaein Estudio pieces from our website or one of our approved stockists. If you do decide to purchase a second hand item, we recommend asking for proof of purchase especially if the item appears on the list below. If you are purchasing any Kaein Estudio item from an unverified seller there is no guarantee the piece is not counterfeit. Kaein Estudio will not be held responsible for Any Sales made Outside of Our Website or Official Stockist listed.
